Another wonderful round yesterday. With loads of mud, beautiful river paths, hills, mud, forest trails, mud ... and some extra mud thrown in !
Many thanks to Moorfoot for laying on such a great race for us all and heartfelt thanks to the marshals and helpers for standing out in such awful weather to ensure our safety and enjoyment.
Here are the results:

The route is pretty much the same as previous years . Please note that the attached route is the proposed route and we preserve the right to make alterations, if required, up to and including the day of the race.
A rough outline of the route is available on the attached map. Both routes (junior and senior) take in beach and coastal trails. Studs but not spikes recommended (road shoes would be OK too).
Details of Whitesands car park can be found on here:
Please be aware that the start and end of the Dunbar leg is pretty "spartan" there is a public toilet block that should be open for the event but there is very little else in the nature of changing/shelter. Bring extra layers to keep warm before and after :-)

Well done to all the runners who turned up for what proved to be a flat, fast route.
While we are always keen for the series to be a family event .....can parents and juniors PLEASE not wear each others numbers!
On a personal note a big thank you to Shelagh King for the home made flapjack at the end - Lovely!!
Anyway. Now that we have parents and juniors sorted here are the all important results from today.

See you all in three weeks time for the last leg!!

Remember, despite there being seven races this year, it's "just" the overall score of your best four that counts.
